Boulundala est une ONG française laïque et totalement indépendante, Cette association a pour objet : La Culture.
Encadrer, enseigner, les valeurs positive Africaine, la paix, le respect pour tous les hommes et femmes dans leur différence, divergences et diversité depuis 2016. Boulundala intervient en priorité là où des populations et leur cadre de vie sont menacés, en mettant en place des programmes d’aide centrés sur la santé, l’éducation et le développement économique.
Pour contribuer à la mise en œuvre de ces projets, Boulundala envoie en mission des volontaires, de tous âges, de toutes formations, apporter leurs compétences sur le terrain.

Les projets vont continuer à se développer sous l’impulsion des responsables locaux mais également des bénévoles. Le bureau France garde cependant la gestion de la communication et de la mise en relation avec les structures locales.

Principe d’une mission

Nos missions sont ouvertes à tous. Elles sont basées sur le principe du don-acteur : nous proposons ainsi au volontaire de contribuer au financement de la solidarité internationale et d’en être l’acteur.
Cela inclut un don financier mais aussi une action sur le terrain où le volontaire transfère ses compétences et acquiert par la même occasion un savoir- faire opérationnel ; il se confronte au milieu, aux situations locales sur le terrain et interagit avec son entourage. Ainsi, le volontaire prend personnellement la mesure du bénéfice qu’il apporte aux populations locales.
Votre action profite ainsi en priorité à des communautés de personnes et contribue à apporter des moyens à des populations ou des organisations démunies.

Comment s’organise votre mission

Les formalités sont simples. Nous vous demandons simplement de remplir en ligne un formulaire de pré-inscription qui nous permettra de mieux vous connaitre et de disposer de vos choix en termes de mission, de pays de destination et de la période envisagée. A réception de votre dossier les responsables Boulundala locaux vous enverrons la liste des formalités à accomplir avant votre départ. Vous serez également contacté pour un point sur votre mission. Votre responsable local vous formera à votre mission et vous expliquera en détail les objectifs de votre mission, la zone d’intervention et ses enjeux et vous suivra jusqu’à votre arrivée ou vous serez accueilli.

Des missions personnalisées

Une mission humanitaire permet d’apporter une aide concrète sur le terrain. Elle vous permet de partager vos compétences avec des partenaires locaux tout en vous aidant à acquérir une expérience dans un domaine particulier. Par ailleurs, nous ne vous proposons pas une mission standard sur catalogue.
Vous êtes libre d’élaborer votre mission selon votre expérience et votre envie, de choisir la période à laquelle vous souhaitez partir, la durée de votre séjour (3 semaines à 2 mois) et la destination que vous préférez parmi tous les pays dans lesquels intervient Boulundala. Il est important de noter cependant que la durée maximum d’une mission est de 2 mois afin d’optimiser les résultats liés aux objectifs fixés. Sachez également que les départs se font en général en début de mois dans un souci d’organisation et d’efficacité. Cette démarche originale permet ainsi de faire coïncider vos compétences avec les besoins locaux et avec pour résultat une mission vraiment profitable pour les communautés concernées.

Who are we?
Boulundala is a secular French NGO and completely independent, this association aims: the Culture.
Supervise, teach values positive African, peace, respect for all women and men in their difference, differences and diversity from 2016. Boulundala intervenes in prioritywhere people and their living environment are threatened, by implementing assistance programmes focused on health, education and economic development.
To contribute to the implementation of these projects, Boulundala sends in missionvolunteers, of all ages, of all formations, bring their skills in the field.
The projects will continue to grow under the leadership of local officials but also volunteers. The France Office however keeps the management of communication and linking with local structures.
Principle of a mission
Our missions are open to all. They are based on the principle of the don-actor: we offer to volunteer to contribute to the financing of international solidarity and to the actor.
This includes a financial donation but also an action on the ground where the voluntary transfers his skills and acquired at the same time a know-how - operational; he confronts the environment in local situations on the ground and interacts with his entourage. Thus, the volunteer personally takes the measure of earnings it brings localpopulations.
Your action benefits in priority to communities of people and helps to provide means to populations or deprived organizations.
How to organize your mission
The formalities are simple. We simply ask you to complete the online pre-registration form that will allow us to better you know and dispose of your choice in terms ofmission, country of destination and the anticipated period of storage. On receipt ofyour folder local Boulundala officials will send you the list of the formalities to be completed before your departure. You will be contacted to a point on your mission. Your local Manager will train you to your mission and you explain in detail your mission objectives, the intervention area and its issues and will follow you until your arrivalor you will be welcomed.

Custom missions
A humanitarian mission to provide practical help on the ground. It allows you to share your skills with local partners while helping you gain experience in a particular field. Furthermore, we do not offer a standard mission to catalog.
You are free to develop your mission according to your experience and your desire to choose the period to which you want to leave, the duration of your stay (3 weeks to 2 months) and the destination you prefer among all countries in which operates Boulundala. It is important to note, however, that the maximum duration of a missionis 2 months in order to optimize the results related to the objectives. Also, be awarethat the departures are in general at the beginning of month for the sake of organization and efficiency. This original approach allows you to match your skills with localneeds and with result a really beneficial mission for the communities concerned.
